2026 Exhibitor Opportunities - Early Bird Pricing
Your business model will determine the exhibitor type and price category, but be sure to register early to lock in the best rates. The registration page is now open to select your exhibitor booth.
Booth Includes
Booths will be 10’ x 8’ and include one 8’ table, two chairs, a carpeted floor, and pipe/drape between booths.

Electrical Options
Exhibitors may purchase electrical options directly through the conference center using the link in the registration portal. These fees are separate from exhibitor booth registration fees. As an example, a 5-amp, single phase electricity service option includes a 6-plug power strip, extension cord, access to power, and full-service support for $379 for the full conference.
Shipping & Facility Guidelines
The conference center can receive packages in advance of the event. Please see the attached “Shipping and Receiving” document for details, and the “Exhibitor Rules and Regulations” for specific facility guidelines.
2026 NLA/MPLA: Sponsorship Opportunities
As a sponsor at the 2026 Nebraska Library Association (NLA) and Mountain Plains Library Association (MPLA) conference, you will have prominent exposure to promote your brand, build relationships, and gain new customers.

General Promotion
Sponsorships will be generally promoted in the months leading up to the conference, from May–September.
Conference Promotion
Sponsorships will be promoted commensurately with the level of sponsorship from October 1–13 and during the conference, October 14–16, 2026.

Select "View Product" for all items for which you want to sign up for and/or renew your membership. Add them to your cart and then "view cart" when finished, proceed to checkout and complete payment information. Thank you for your membership!
Please note:
- Students have the option of joining the ALA and NLA in one package. Visit the ALA Joint Student Membership Page for additional information.
- Memberships to sections or round tables are not stand-alone items. They must be accompanied by the purchase of a membership type (regular/staff/trustees, etc).
- Updating memberships is a manual process. If you paid via credit card, you can expect your membership renewal date to be updated within 7-10 business days of your purchase. If a check will be sent for your membership, the renewal date will not be updated until the check for payment has been received.
